Janet is a Public Service Management and Governance professional with experience and expertise in Organisational Capacity Development, Leadership Development, Strategic Performance Management , Public Sector Reforms, Project Management and Gender.

Janet has over 10 years of experience as a Management Consultant (2014- present); 9 years as Advisor in Public Sector Development in the Governance and Institutional Development Division of the Commonwealth Secretariat , London ( 2005-2014), 6 years as Senior Management Development Consultant at the Malawi Institute of Management (1998-2004); and 14 years as a Public Administration (Public Service Management) practitioner in the Malawi Public Service ( 1984-1998). She worked in the Ministry of Local Government, Department of Human Resource Management and Development, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Agriculture.

Janet has undertaken a number of consultancy assignments in Malawi supported by organisations including the World Bank, DFID (FCDO). USAID, UNDP, UNAIDS, WHO, UNAIDS, Commonwealth Secretariat , and DANIDA.

Rogers is a Human Resource Management Professional with experience and expertise in Strategic Human Resource Management, Institutional Development, Organisational Capacity Development and Integrated Change Management.

Rogers has over 20 years of experience as a Management Consultant ( 2000- present); and 1 7 years as a Human Resource Management practitioner in the Malawi Public Service ( 1983-2000). He He worked in a number of ministries including the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Works and Supplies, Department of Water, and Department of Human Resource Management (DHRMD) and Development where he rose to the rank of Director for Human Resource Planning and Development. DHRMD is responsible for human resource planning, management and development for the entire Malawi Public Service.

Rogers has undertaken a number of consultancy assignments in Malawi, Lesotho, Liberia and Zambia supported by organisations such as GIZ, USAID, Irish Aid, DANIDA, UNDP, DFID (FCDO), JICA, EU, ICEIDA, World Bank, IFAD, and UNICEF

Lloyd is an Economist with experience and expertise in Social Planning, Project Management, Performance/Results Based Financing, Budget Tracking , Resource Mapping and Gender and Development.

Lloyd has over 13 years of experience as a Management Consultant (2011-present); 11 years of experience in the Malawi Public Service as a Social Planning Officer in the Ministry of Gender, Youth and Community Services and as a Senior Economist in the Ministry of Economic Planning and Development (1993-2004}; 10 years of experience as Executive Director of Malawi Interfaith Aids Association and as Country Director of Progression, an international non-governmental organisations ( 2004-2011).

Lloyd has undertaken a number of consultancy assignments supported by organisations including the World Bank, DFID, UNDP, UNFPA, UNAIDS, CIDA, GTZ, UNICEF and the African Development Bank
